EVOO

Our EVOO is of the Picual variety, the majority in our province. As characteristics of our variety, in addition to the Fruity of the EVOO (tomato, banana, freshly cut grass and more), the main characteristic is that it is spicy and bitter, due to the natural polyphenols found in it and which are what give them the EVOO’s healthy qualities, that differentiates it from the rest of animal or refined fats.

RECOGNIZED QUALITY

Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil has been recognized in the EVOO contest of the gourmet salon with the “Highest phenolic extra virgin olive oil” for its high polyphenol content. Its quality is also demonstrated by obtaining this award in the contest held at the Expoliva world fair in its 2023 edition.
